Clava Cairns near Loch Ness, Scotland
The three temple-tombs of Clava have been rendered roofless by road builders in the 18th Century. Two of the cairns have entrance ways aligned with the Winter Solstice sunset, while the middle cairn had no entrance at all. This small site is now in a grove of trees giving it a lush, park-like feel. Dowsing the powerful middle cairn will surprise those who've never had the opportunity to feel the electromagnetic energy of the Earth.
